Our background

Kai Michael Vallendar himself is a global marketing expert with more than 14 years of experience. Having worked for some of the biggest and most successful brands in their respective industries, Kai has gained significant knowledge in global marketing that reached millions across the Americas, Europe and Asia. His resumé mainly covers lifestyle brands in FMCG; Cosmetics, fashion, foods and drinks. But Kai has also worked in media and game publishing, as well as food & beverage retail.

Our founder's strength lies in creative storytelling, combined with data-driven execution. Visuals and text assets that catch people's attention, build excitement and build emotions, while targeted at focused groups to concentrate the marketing effort and heighten the efficiency.

In 2023, Kai partnered with other industry leading professionals, mainly in the creative field. These professionals are known leaders in their fields of photography, videography, web- & graphic design, user experience, e-commerce and copywriting. Together, Kai and his team have served some of the biggest global brands, such as the KIRIN group, the KANEBO group, RITUALS Cosmetics, Uber, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the SNIPES group and many others.

Though each individual team member has gained invaluable experience with major industry leaders worldwide, For The People concentrates to offer its services to small to mid-sized companies. By cutting many of the traditional aspects of an agency, For The People is able to offer its services at very affordable prices, allowing companies on smaller budgets to have access to some of the most bespoke marketing and creative services globally.

And I am Kai. Founder and CEO of For The People. The photo of me was taken in Winter of 2023 when traveling Japan.

Traveling is the one thing I live for and the precise reason I founded For The People. I needed more freedom, more of what I enjoy. Clients I care for, those I really want to succeed. Less meetings, less "look at me, I am the best".

For The People and all my amazing colleagues offer a wealth of expertise across the online marketing and creative space. Expertise for which major corporate clients pay millions with other agencies.

But For The People wasn't setup to make millions, it was set up to help small and medium sized businesses succeed and have the chance to stand against corporate giants on a smaller budget. This is our passion and what we live for."

Our magic works:

211 EUR, 90 days and it's winter! This ice cream shop asked for the impossible, but we delivered! We set up their Google Ads account and created a clever bidding strategy. Target: Everyone who looks for an ice cream gets Google Maps directions served. With an average click cost of 13 Cents, we feel we did something quite brilliant here. We also wonder: How far down will we get the CPC once people actually want to eat ice cream?
